The Real Anniversary

Monday, September 15, 2008, we celebrated our first full year of marriage at Muffuletta's in St. Paul. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

To start our delicious meal, we were able to enjoy a nice bottle of wine..,

..beer cheese soup (with popcorn it), and a field green salad. For the main course, Kate had the tortellini and I had a beef tenderloin with baby squash. Sorry no pics.

While waiting for dinner Kate and I snapped some portraits.

Someone (my mom) called the restaurant giving them forewarning of our anniversary. Therefore, they gave us a free desert and champagne.

A special thanks to Angie and Art for the thoughtful gift certificate given to us for our wedding present. As you can see, we put this to good use!
