Biking Away!

Labor Day weekend Kate and I decided to take the bikes out. On Saturday, we did a similar ride to the previous road ride. The Ice Cream shop of choice this go around was The Grand Ole Creamery on Cedar. Once again the ice cream was delicious.

During the ride, we were shocked to discover that Fall was already starting to bare its teeth.





On Monday, we headed out to Afton Alps. The ride was a little technical, but we endured by walking our bikes through some of the sections.







In the end, we were happy to be done with the ride as it was so hot! However, it was nothing that a cold beer and a little U.S. Open Tennis action on the cool Chalet could not take care of.
