We were so excited for Jeremy's friends from Kansas to start rolling into town for Mike and Jenny's wedding!!! Dan and Amy arrived on Thursday night -- let the weekend begin!! We left on Friday to head up to Perham, MN -- in the Detroit Lakes area. We stopped by the rehearsal dinner at Jenny's mom's house on the lake, it was an absolutely perfect night....until the mosquito's arrived at dusk...what are a bunch of old college fraternity brothers to do?? Head to the bar of course! We headed over to Zorbaz -- a great small town chain bar on the lake where we would spend the remainder of the evening eating the largest plate of nachos I have ever seen and catching up with friends...and making fake mustaches?? I will leave that post to Jeremy. Jeremy made good friends with uncle Bob who enjoyed teaching Jeremy handshakes, drinking cheers and of course telling him every story he knew :).

The wedding ceremony was Catholic -- a good reason for Jeremy and I to go to church and the reception was at the local golf course. The weather was beautiful! We spent the rest of the evening between the porch the bar and the dance floor -- you know us too well...there was no dancing -- but the band was great.
In an attempt to teach the KU boys a Minnesota tradition, I purchased $10 of pull tabs (big spender:). and divideded them out to give everyone a piece of the cardboard crack experience...good thing I gave the $200 winner to Jeremy!
