Holiday Preparations

December was so full of fun, I can't help but break it into a couple of posts. After being hit by the stomach flu tornado for a week and a half (poor jeremy got it twice!) and a crazy snowstorm that left us housebound for a weekend, we were left with little time to cram in our holiday preparations.

We had one weekend that was jam packed from start to finish, but was so much fun to catch up with family and friends.

We started off with a trip to the spa to celebrate baby Flynn #2 (who was welcomed into the world later in the month - yeah Olivia!). I can't thank Megan enough for giving me an excuse to get a mid winter pedicure :).

Sunday we made our first trip to the Children's museum with cousins Fischer and Jens. there was so much to see and do, we are looking forward to future trips to check more out! She of course loved the slides - over and over and over again!

She also wanted to show papa Kaufman that she is learning how to ice fish for when they return to Minnesota

We snuck in some pictures with Santa (see next post) and ended the evening with dinner with the Cannons at the Prairie Ale House (fun as far as new restaurants go in EP). For having 3 young kids, we had a fabulous meal and the kids were great!
