First of the First Birthday Parties.

In conversations with a good friend this week reminded me that I haven't even posted pictures from Madeline's first birthday! It was such a fun week surrounded by family and friends and she got lots of good practice opening presents...which surprisingly she was pretty good at :).

First was the party with the Kaufmans...

We started of the day with some Monkey Bread



we worked up an appetite sledding in the back yard.











enjoyed some real cake and ice cream...I took a couple of pictures and the cake was GONE! I was thinking some of it may have fallen into her lap... but there wasn't a crumb to be found...she must get her cake eating skills from her mom!
