The Post We Tell You About How We Bought a House!

The title says it all... Kate and I bought a house!

We stink as we brought a camera to the inspection; however, we did not take any pictures.

The details are as follows:

• Location: Chanhassen
• Size: 2700 square foot traditional 2 story with 4 bedrooms on the top floor, living space on the main floor which includes a sun room and huge deck, and a soon to be converted fun room walkout lower level (scrap booking area, tv room, bar in the future?)
• Close date: April 24
• Move in date: April 26

Yes, we still have the condo. We are scrambling to try to get this rented by May 1. If you know of anyone looking for a place near the U of M, please refer them to us.
