HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!

Jeremy and I celebrated in a similar fashion to the end of 2007.... we kicked it off with our annual Kirschbaum vs. Kirschbaum hockey match...as we couldn't find our puck we decided that a tennis ball would do, which I believe added to my success on the ice. Like last year...I won again!


We headed back to the condo to watch the Kansas Jayhawks beat up on the Gophers in the Insight bowl...which lead into our new years meal of fondue!



We decided that a game of Guitar Hero was in order, but were still drinking wine from dinner...so we decided that the Sailor (Jerry) would join us for some Guitar Hero. Jeremy and I weren't the only ones who enjoy the Sailor Jerry -- Lego Monkey is a big fan too!



We spent new years day out in Stillwater with Abby/Paul and Sarah/Joel where we were challenged to a game of Hockey (Jeremy and Paul skated around the rest of us) and Alex got to try out his new skates that Santa brought. Joel and Sarah treated us to a southern dinner of Shrimp and Grits and our first experience with the Wii (we will be back for more!) Happy Birthday Dad!!
